Some vital information
concerning 2013 Assembly
·
Theme: “Vocations as a Sign of Hope Founded in
Faith” This is the same theme for the World’s day for Vocation
that was celebrated on the 4th Sunday of Easter 2013.
·
Dates
of the Assembly, (20th Oct to 26th Oct 2013) Arrival 20th October 2013
and departure 26th October
2013.
·
Registrations and Payments:
ü As a
departure from the other years, the National Executive had a unanimous decision
that members register for the Assembly
through their Units. It is the Units that will forward the names of the
Participants to the National office latest one month to the Assembly. The Unit
officials are encouraged to inform their members of this change. This will
enhance the work in the units. Please, the registrations are already on.
ü Payments:
The amount remain the same as Last year i.e. Kshs. 2,000/= for registration;
for the Boarders, Kshs. 11,000/=; total Boarders
(accommodation), 13,000/=; Commuters; registration, Kshs. 2,000/=, food,
5,000/= total commuters, kshs. 7,000/=
ü The
mode of payment: the Unit treasurers will remit the Money to the national
Treasurer through the M-Pesa number, 0725-820-142
or submit the cash on the arrival but submission of participants list, latest
one month prior to the assembly.
ü The
cheques you include kshs.200/= for withdrawing.
